Agree, I would recommend to stay with the old contracts today and finally switch over tommorrow. The best way to handle this imo.

The lag between IB feed and quotes updated in QT is about 1sec here, which is too much imo. I'm using the latest TWS, QT and Java version and have set the chart refresh interval to the lowest. Saico

I clear my trades thru RCG too using J-trader as order platform. I'm in Europe and have a slow DSL connection. My CME market orders get filled within 2 seconds, very often within 1 second.

With the 15min delayed Demo TWS feed it is very easy to generate profits and I can people understand who doubt mymini's results. But its also easy for him to prove his results as for real trading profits by showing his account statements. Now its on you myminitrading. Saico Germany

Well 4re, commissions for 72 trades with 4.80 per rt cost 345.60$. Profit of 18 points is 900$, so commissions reduce profit by 38.4%. What should be interesting to see is going for 3, or 4 points with a 1.25 stop. I'm with porgie here, 1:1 risk reward is way too low.

Dont forget commissions would eat up around 40-45% of the profits additionally.

My results from January 17 till last Friday: 45 winning trades and 27 losing trades, 1 breakeven. Saico
