Hello Atticus, Hope your analysis is right, but the reality is the Chinese banks have not had the chance to use the word "Foreclosure" on home loans. So TIME WILL TELL.

I only know they have limit of purchase Yuan with US Dollars, and you can deposit US Dollar and convert to Yuan in Bank of China in New York or LA, I think the limit is $5000. But I have not heard there is limit for purchasing US dollars. That is only for speculation on the two currency. If you...

Their real savings are much bigger than the number you got. A countryside worker moves to Beijing or Shanghai, certainly, they can't afford the housing price in the big city, but they can afford the housing in countryside. There is no "house property tax" for the first home. They only start...

It really depends. If you have extra cash, and just waiting for Chinese Yuan to increase, 3-5% a year, you may still hold the Yuan. but, if you want to invest, you may want to use that money in US market, sometimes, market can move 2% a day, why hold Chinese currency for 3% a year?

That's is more of propagation, as long as you have no intention to fight the government, then everything is fine. Google wanted to back to China, but they have to do like Yahoo, listen to government. I am pretty sure they do screen the emails.

Generally, Chinese government wants to increase Yuan by 3-5% yearly to some point, and as Yuan increases, their purchase price of Raw Material will be cheaper, but they don't want to increase too fast, then all the Dollars will leave, they still prefer USD than EURO.

64 Million vacant apartments in China!!!!!

The market is very different with US market, it is controlled by government. If you monitored Chinese currency, you would notice that Chinese YEN had 10 limit down in a row in last December, because Goldman and others were shorting YEN, pulled Dollar out of China, but Chinese government only...

64 Million vacant apartments in China!!!!!

I don't think so. Chinese government controls the housing market. More than half of the people buy apartments by cash, 100% cash pays off, and banks force 50% down payment for the second apartment, and most Chinese only buy what they can afford, that's why they have high percentage of savings...

Told you years ago that all Chinese stocks were frauds

Like BIDU, there are more than 100 funds are holding this stock, the fund managers are not stupid, but they know BIDU will not let them down, because BIDU can always give better number than they wanted, and this number can not be audited by US accounting system, so they like to play BIDU. BIDU...

Told you years ago that all Chinese stocks were frauds

That is not true. China doesn't have welfare systems like USA. Most people there own some kind of businesses. Either you work or you die there. China does this part better than US, not encourage laziness. US welfare system eventually drags US down to second class country.

Told you years ago that all Chinese stocks were frauds

Almost all the Chinese companies cook the books, and you should know that if you have little knowledge about business. All Chinese products or service are very very cheap, margin is very very low, this is the facts, then how can the companies always report earnings beating estimate quarter after...
