you would probably need some sort of API connection from your feed to the spreadsheet?...not sure..but I think to work with "real time" data you would need some sort of front end

I have actually read the site a little and I think they mostly provide EOD quotes....like high/low..open/close..volume...I was hoping to find something that had EOD intra-day data so I could make a minute chart as opposed to a daily chart...it is a nice site though and will keep it bookmarked...

is there anywhere I can get EOD minute data and volume for free that I can post into excel? I would like data on index futures and crude oil....
