    becoming emotionless

http://www.wikihow.com/Become-Emotionless: What it says sounds like the essence of what is written in various books and articles about this topic. I think the key is just doing it. Like Steenbarger says: It is not about education but about training. You have to do these exercises (mediation...

You are right it is quite a break. You know I think averaging up is o.k. if you are a classic momentum player. Both is scaling in. :D

Scaling in a loser is not good either :p Was scaling in at 4012 rally your plan? Why not 4018 or 4000 or 3994? Don't get me wrong, but I am writing this because I did the same several times.

This is exactly what it means: ... improvement of your entry prices. Yes, I think P.T.J. did it much to often himself.

Take your time. Do not force anything. If you have an edge time plays on your side. Everything has value and sometimes you have to pay in order to play and grow. (ok., now I stop talking like a damned know-it-all ... :D )

In the end it is always a bet. You bet a point will be hit before another point gets hit. If you move the points you change the bet. Trend or countertrend: Most difficult is discipline (and persistency balanced with flexibility).

Do not beat yourself up! You are indeed doing a very fine job. Now, put a stop in the market (below 118) and I will try not to run against it ;-)

I see. That happens quite easily. Therefore I put at least a money management stop in the market. Don't let it get out of control, there are so many other opportunities. :)

You missed some action in the ESTX and GBL. Yes, I am scalping, but usually I hold them not for seconds but minutes, sometimes some hours. Most of the time I am waiting or let's say watching.
