    Futures or Stocks ?

prox, Thanks...that's what I was looking for. I'll probably start with $10K and only 1-2 contracts and see how it goes. :)

    Futures or Stocks ?

How much capital should one start with when getting into trading the e-mini? I currently trade Nasdaq stocks, but would like to trade the e-mini as well.

This isn't free, but Briefing.com does a good job of reporting moving stocks for $10/month.

I use Freetrade and their email response is pretty quick. I usually get a response back in less than an hour. Regards.

    freetrade.com

I would also recommend FreeTrade. Great service, and the commissions are so low. I usually trade 1000-2000 share lots and haven't experienced any problems getting filled. :)

    Playing the market Long-Only.

I'm really interested in getting into trading the S&P and Nasdaq e-mini, but for now am still focused on stocks. I'd rather master one instrument, and then move on to the next. Am looking to start with e-minis in a few months...maybe late this summer

Which stocks move in the first 30 min. of open?

Yes, Briefing posts moving stocks throughout the day. A pretty good service considering the cost.

Which stocks move in the first 30 min. of open?

FYI, I wish I could do that, but I have a full-time day job so can't trade throughout the day. KLAC is great tho. Sometimes I trade KLAC in the morning, make some nice profits. Then trade it again during lunch and scalp for some quick cash :)

Which stocks move in the first 30 min. of open?

It's usually posted in the "In-Play" section every morning right before market open.
