Actually I forgot. Here in Arizona we do not have daylight savings time. So we go to west coast time Sunday. The market then opens at 6:30 AM instead of 7:30 AM. I was so caught up in that - I forgot.:p

The "patch" that is usually referred to is for the initial start-up, or launch, of QT on your computer. The patch simply bypasses the registration server at TD's headquarters. If an individual quote source, which in your case would be Fidelity, ceases to function, then you are out of luck...

Geez. I trade with MBTrading who likewise clears with Penson, and the conversion was so seamless I couldn't tell it even happened. So something is wrong with Lightspud evidently.

Interesting. I noticed that after applying the patch, in the upper left hand corner of QT, the drop down box for "ads" has disappeared. Prior to the patch, my registered copy always had the option to click on the ads box if you wanted to watch them on a slow day. :D

After downloading, you go to extract the files, and a pop-up says "no files to extract". ????????

Downloaded the patch. When extracting the files, a pop-up appears saying "there are no files to extract".

The site is back up, but the link goes to nothing.
