For ages now TWS has only been showing data for half of my options positions.No bid/ask prices,nothing!I've given up trying to contact them.The inquiry/problem ticket does not get a reply half the time.Crap!

Today whenever I've tried to use QT or ZLT with TWS everything just freezes!Anyone else had this problem today?

I must say the"Inquiry/Trouble Ticket"seems very good,I received a reply almost immediately!Seems it's the way to go.

My emails to them were polite,the insult bit came after ten days of not being able to get a quote and not getting any help from them.

In the latest versions of TWS whenever you trade an option contract an equity data line appears which can't be deleted,this reduces my quota of data lines and I can't get option quotes!I have to go to Yahoo or something similar to get an option quote! I have emailed TAC a few times about this...

I personally don't use his method as I prefer my own but I do think his method works and he is a full time trader.The point I was making was that you could pay 20 times more for a system and not get anything better,plus he is responsive to emails and he has a room at Yahoo.For $29 you can't...

For me QT is the best value for money item that you can buy! I wish I could get the same support from IB,I emailed them on Monday about a problem and I still have not received a reply!

They are not much better with option quotes! This week I have had to try 7-8 times just to get a quote,deleting and trying again on different pages before anything comes up!
