This is a pretty good medium size chart term setup here for a bounce. But absolutely no help from larger charts at all, I'd like to think we still some type of bounce, but so far tough.

Long just 1 11644.25. Going to look to add one potentially going to give it some room for now. Still can test 11625.75 as it's open and untested.

Why blame it on news though, when probability and larger charts have been saying all along that up moves will get faded?

Yup, but to be fair horrible execution on my part. Also I am flat now. So I missed out on a lot of the reward. I was certainly profitable, but I started shorting early. When I posted the actual short signal I got at 11758.00 That is where I should of shorted and avoided all that heat...

11625-11645.00 accumulation area, so would be likely target if markets break down. Also, an area I'll be looking for a long. Although will be taking profits quickly on some if I take it and BE on rest, since the overall out look hasn't changed for me regarding NQ lower prices.

Pressure is back on now. Sucks if I failed to hold a short again and we do break down like expected, but these up moves make it difficult to stay short. Said I was going to keep attacking short below 11780.00 and I didn't. Not much I can do now, don't want to chase.

Covered 11731.50 here. flat now. Gave me area I wanted, but got greedy and didn't take it, so covered higher.

Targeting 11714-11720.00 area to cover this last one. Don't think it's going to go right there so prepared to hold through some back and forth.

I am still keeping one short and will look to continue attacking short as long as we are below 11780.00. Short signal coming in here at 11758.00 on NQ (price 11756 currently). Not going to add just going to hold my one remainder and see if we can work back down below 11546.00 again and get...

11746-11756 is new accumulation zone, so seeing price progression not what you want to see if you're short and short biased. Need to get below 11746 asap or going to go back up again. Still this is pretty overdone, so expecting some more pullback.

I am 11767.00 on 3. On wrong side and above 11780. Can have a lot more upside. So looking to exit some if it lets me and moves down. Still going to hold one though.

Decent move up. I am shorting into this above up well its already coming down some from where I shorted. Still need to be careful here, but I don't see this move sustaining itself so going to keep attacking short and getting out on dips.

Short 11727.25. Willing to add. 11701-11715.50 looking to take profits possible and we have decent probbaility to revisit the untested 11667-11677 zone as it hasn't been tested yet. Above 11740.00 need to be careful short though.

11667-11677 brand new accumulation zone just made and possible support area. So, haven't taken any short yet. 17720-11730.00 Is distribution area.

Well the issue that I see is we need an absolutely monster move to the upside like pretty much today in order for NQ not to retrace down to at least the highest level previously mentioned(11506.50) and the larger charts aren't in a position where that is going to be easy or a high probability...

Will see if NQ/ES move up overnight. Still have NQ 11506.50 and than 11208.00 below us. That would typically get hit relatively soon. So, unless something drastically changes things, I'll be looking for mainly for intra-day shorts tomorrow for at least 11506.50 to fill. Nothing...

I think that's smart overall, but to be fair most of the time the charts are already in a technical position that the news would push something in anyways, than everyone pulls up all the articles to tell us why the market moved. That's just been my personal experience though. It isn't always...

You just mean certain people should stay flat prior to scheduled major news events due to volatility?
