This cannot be a well known firm...can it? What incentive do they have to keep his check, are they that broke? Maybe they only have a few traders, hence not much revenue coming in. Hopefully he will reveal the firm.

    Anybody run a small business?

Just wondering if anybody owns a small business on top of trading. If so, what type of business? How did you get into it? I think it would be nice to have dual revenue sources in case your trading edge disappears and you cant find another..

diamond trim paid speaker for trade ideas

Not a big deal to pump a product like TI, its not a system, its just a powerful screening tool. So if DT's making good money using it doesnt mean you will. I believe they have a trial period also so I dont see any reason to get upset.

    Observations on the NYSE specialist.

Still cant understand people complaining about specialists. Its a blessing to have 2 market structures, some do well with NYSE and others Naz. If you don't like listed there is plenty of securities to trade that don't go through specialists...so whats the problem?

    INET/NASDAQ/BRUT's new pricing

What a bunch of horseshit for nasdaq to halt trading for the purpose of finding out why it went up so much and the high volume. Can't they do that while the stock is still trading? I had no position but it still pisses me off a bit.

    Why do Pivots have credibility?

Nice to see a little more discussion about Pivots. So what I gather, along with any other tech indicator for that matter, they all work sometimes and don't work other times. In the end it all comes down to being a good trader in that you have to spread off risk, , money management, cut losses...

    Very hard time taking loss:(
