Maybe. That will be a bit too low for me to wait for. I think after 6 consecutive green days, and the touching of a previous daily point of resistance, it makes sense for the SPX to have a couple of red days now.

I'm long the NQ from about 12050, SPX was about 4050 I think at the time. I still think the SPX could drop down to 4010 before a bounce up, or even a move lower. Will probably see how we do over the next hour before thinking about cutting my losses.

Nice! Yeah that makes sense. In theory if the back-testing is accurate then there should be no need to test further anyway right? I spent years working on algos, but for me it didnt matter how much testing I did they never seemed to work as I expected. I might give it another go in a few years...

So you cant imagine a bounce back off the down trendline or a bounce of the new up trendline? But I agree, not down the toilet.

I would normally agree, but I am trying to remind myself these days that the downward move was "explained" using macro but was probably more psychology to begin with. Therefore the move up could be psychology alone? One thing that helps me, is to remember that it is irrational to expect people...

I was looking at the below and thought a reversal at the 0.5 fib 3935 level would make a nice H&S on the 4 hours. The hourly RSI was also quite high at the time. But as soon as I posted it just took off much higher so it was a dud call in the end.

I think its about 4-5 points over the 0.618 retracement.

In about 30 mins I reckon we will see the formation of the SPX 4 hourly right shoulder of a H&S. Then a drop.

Are they trying to make an accurate claim to boost their ego? Or are they trying to encourage sales to boost liquidity so they can buy more? If it was me, I would be trying to encourage prices to go lower, in a way that feels logical (based on the charts) so I can buy in at a cheaper price...

If something has been so "82%" of the time previously, does that translate into a "probability" for the future?
