No but 95% of the shitcoins will disappear which is a much needed cull in the space. For those that offer real utility I see it as a chance to load up my bags with risk capital for cheap.

I imagine there are trade managers that can be purchased to auto calculate your positions based on your risk.

Have to check that book out, thanks for that! Yes I think I've seen it referred to as being the prime mover in an industry and soaking up the sales/business. It might make transactions quicker which would be better but I think the utility of other blockchains will help them surpass Bitcoin...

I wonder if it is a purely psychological thing with investors that side with Bitcoin as it is the oldest of a risky asset class and therefore seen as more trusted and that others that take that model and expand on it are discarded by comparison purely on the crime of being "newer".

No just as you shouldn't ignore winners and assume they were good trades.

Agreed, it's not to say that moves can't win outside of certain times of day but they certainly move quicker in the first few hours of London and NY opens.

Wise to do this as it's the only thing you can really control.

Risk is vulnerability to harm, however that presents itself.

For me in the UK I like to trade EURUSD and GBPUSD as I can trade both the London and NY sessions and I find these pairs work well for those periods of the day.

Time of day is very important to my trading rules so I fully agree.

I find more than enough opportunity in EUR/USD but sometimes trade GBP/USD as well.

Leverage or not doesn't make a difference to me. I just find more than enough reliable moves in the FX market at the moment.

If you are prone to gambling and over trading then go with low leverage. High leverage in of itself isn't a risk but miss-use of it is.

I'm not sure I think there are some gems to be found in DeFi that aren't about mooning but longer term growth.

Finding BTC quite boring actually. Far more interesting pairs in FX at the moment.

GBP getting super weak here. Can see this continuing as well
