I've been getting the same pop-up about half the time I try and enter a short during regular market hours. I then immediately reenter the order and it is accepted. Very annoying.

If he's trading AMEX, the liquidity probably makes buying power irrelevant. You can only scale up so much on small to mid cap stocks.

Yeah, CNBC's "On the Money" just reported that the possible human to human transmission was the reason futures are down after hours. Doesn't look like the flu mutated and would still be extremely difficult to spread among humans, so might not be a big deal. Just shows how weak this market is...

It would explain the after hours action of the entire market, if this is in fact the first confirmed case of human to human transmission. This news came out 1/2 before the close. Not trying to be hostile, just throwing out my opinion.

All I'm saying is check out the charts of BCRX and NVAX in relation to the headline 1/2 before the close, compared to the futures. After hours BCRX +.90, NVAX +.5, and the SPY's are down 1.2 from the 4:00 price.

While the outage is annoying, this is only the second time in 2 years that I've had a problem with E-signal, this is on par with every other service I use to trade. For those of you bitching that this is ruining your P/L, I'm guessing you have bigger trading problems than your quote...

And how would you have done shorting his MGPI recommendation? Predicting the next day movement of his touts is a crap shoot. I trade his picks, but treat them like I do every other stock that has a news related gap. Some of them fill and some keep on going.
