    So many things not tradeable on LIFFE with IB so i don't know why go into all that trouble just for FTSE100 futures. I am presuming that it is the only thing most of the people trade. Because of the Stock options not being available, one cannot do any stock-option combination trade as well!!

    if we assume that recent bull run on stocks is a temprorary and Fed Reserve is going to cut the interest rate at their next meeting then maybe it is a very good time to go into short dated bonds. But i suppose this is from fundementials point of view.
