Money From MF Global Feared Gone

They are trying to protect these crooks from jail time and it seems to be working. Is amazing all the people that are letting them get by with this. Of course about the same thing happened with TARP and most of America just plays along with the game like it's no big deal.

Money From MF Global Feared Gone

3 a.m.: Ramirez and Guch leave MFGI for the night. Procajlo stays until 8 p.m. the following day. During the night, Procaljo also participated in a phone call with senior MFG employees wherein one employee indicated that "Corzine knew about loans that had been made from the customer...

Money From MF Global Feared Gone

I was recently a Jury member, in Federal court over a young rancher charged with defrauding the US on a cattle loan. The rancher sold some of the cattle that were pledged to FSA. Anyway for about $40,000, this young rancher could get up to 5 years in Pen and up to a $250,000 fine, not to...

Markets can remain irrational a lot longer then one thinks. Think about the June Live Cattle vs May Feeders. The spread looked way out of line 10 bucks ago in the Fall.

They deal with enough crooks such as packing companies, so no need to deal with the crooks at the CME.

Long LCJ12 vs. Short FCJ12 Spread

So what is it? I have an uncle that feeds a couple head and I bet he doesn't even know what it means. Of course he doesn't travel more then 20 miles from his home and his wallet squeaks if/when opens it.

    Cattle Crunch

I think that is why I put the  in the original post. If it was close to $100 at the time, doesn't that seem like a nice opportunity? There are lots of variables when feeding catte, such as MF Global stealing your hedging profits :D and other things. A paper crush, is just a paper...

Wouldn't the corn be included in the 3 corn contracts? Last time I checked there was no yardage charged at the CME, LOL. If this cattle crush was put on the date of posting, a person would be up about $6,000 or $23 per head.

    Debtors prison returns!

What about AIG, GS, BOA, Citigroup, CHase and every other crooked bank that received TARP money? Most of them would have been BK if the FED didn't bail them out.

    Debtors prison returns!

"Judges typically grant arrest warrants when the debtors have failed to show up for court dates or failed to make court-ordered payments." They might go to jail for not obeying a court order and that would be contempt of court. It's not the same as debtor prison. Arbitration will stop them...
