They have to care a bit.. otherwise with crashing and burn I doubt they will make much of fees... in this case blowout before 1 year, not sure he will be able to collect his management fees... (if yes, 2%x100M=2mil... still not a bad year for the average Joe; but career and CV done)

Boy, dodgy brokers do have their way... I have also noticed in the past few weeks, as soon as one starts raising the question level above "how do I open an account" to tricky points of the terms and conditions, or essential questions such as margins, the "helpfulness vibe" of those dodgy...

I did not know ET was based in the US, for some reason I always thought ET was from Europe. Well ok, that s a whole different ball game there, common law that is. We Europeans always get amazed at the crazy settlements we hear about from the US, like some bum getting millions for getting burned...

Based on users preferences... For a trading forum website.. that would seem pretty basic. With basic criterias like: - spread; - spread consistency; - dodgy problems frequency (weird margin hikes, trades cut out for no reason etc); -technology, etc.
