I had a similar problem. Took everything out, put back..no good. Tried it one more time just to make sure..and presto..knock on wood haven't had a problem since. Didnt replace anything, just reconnected stuff.

Out of curiosity, if a trader moves to Vegas does he still have to take those classes if they show you 2 years of trading records with zero losing months?

I agree. This last 5 or so days has been great for traders.

If you have a local police or sheriffs dept they should do it. Usually for free. And for notary service check your Town or Village Hall before you go to UPS. You save yourself $15 and also get to give those town employees something to do. :)

Exactly. AMEX is notorious for this. It's amazing that the exchange is still around. In season one of Wall St Warriors theres a quick shot of the AMEX specialists handling orders, and you can hear them running stops. The other thing they do is take forever to execute and/or cancel orders.
