The ES reached the short-term reversal target by EOD. Actually it went 1pt higher than expected. Pretty similar to yesterday. So I sold at 1005.25 w/ 1 pt stop and it looks good so far (1003 now). I hope NQ makes a strong pullback or double bottom (1620ish) by tonight/tomorrow AM before...

Inverse Dragon on ES (8AM-12:30PM). Only issue is the reversal point occurred at a full height (rather than 80%) from the failure (which was within 1/4 pt). I'm trying a short here from 1002.5 stop at 1003.5. Height = 4.75. edit: out - too tight of a stop but this inv dragon was already...

Are you saying this is the second, or you would expect a huge drop IF we get a second?

yes, that's the inverse I meant (except ES). I'm holding short from 1000.50 x 3. Took 1 off at 999, left stop at 1000.50 and hoping to ride the last 2 to 989-993 by lowering stops. Looking good to the downside so far.

No, I meant after 1002 (the reversal point). Are you seeing this small inverse dragon with midpoint around 12:30?. Came up 1/2 pt from my target so I didn't get a good fill.

nice catch Pekelo. I missed that. How do you set your target after the reversal target? Have you found the failure level or height to be consistent? Looks like H was the perfect target this time. Or do you simply base it on S/R?

lol, that dragon died. stopped at B/E. looks like 1000 will win. Thought it was a great inv dragon pointing to a gap fill.

Failure was 80.5. Not sure what you mean by 89 target. The upside target I had was 86 and we got 86.75. Now it's down time.

inverted dragon on ES from 1AM to 8:45AM. Looking good so far for a down move. Anyone else see it? It did go a little higher than expected to 986.75 (expected was +5.4 to 986).

Actually, my dragon was before yours. 1st leg = yesterdays close to 966.5 2nd = 966.5 to 975 3rd = 975 to 969 Failure at 973 (975.5 on SPX) Gotta love the dragon. I've tried three of these setups since reading your thread. 1) Last night worked great going into the crazy crash (so my...

You don't see the dragon??? I'm up 15 pts on the 972.75 ride down to 966.25 and back up. Should be up about 20-22 pts but I was waiting for 966 and it came up short by 1/4 pt so I reversed at 967.50-968.

Friday's dragon was nice. Is there any consistent target for the final move, or just use S/R? That day looked pretty easy to catch the whole move by adjusting stops and closing EOD. Monday looked like a good inverse dragon except F was 1.5 pts lower than expected. Today had a dragon...

stopped and flipped to long at 3.75. Thought we'd break the day's trend. Guess I'll stay long until it does break.

Is this not a clear H&S pointing to 900? Short again from 903. Stop 904.75. out 1/3 at 902, moved stop to 903.75.
