This chart is showing 30 minute bars which might not reflect the official closing price. If you switch to one day bars you will see the correct (official) closing price reflected there.
We made a change which will definitely fix the 135 error and may also fix this problem as well. I can't say for sure because I was not able to reproduce the exact symptoms you describe. The fix is released to beta in build 9460r. Please let me know if you continue to experience the problem after...
Okay, we found the problem. Your orders were not triggering due to their having a manually specified Trigger Method. The problem has been fixed. As of today, it is in limited release and should work for you. The full rollout will take about two weeks.
