Yes it can pass. All the government has to do is make people very fearful. When people are scared they will go crawling to Washington begging them to take over their 401K's. The government will not have to force this upon anyone.

If you trade the QQQQ that well you should try trading the NQ for two reasons. 1. you can make more money with less money - i.e leverage - but obviously that cuts both ways. 2. Taxes are lower. Good Trading!

Default or massive taxation -- that's the two alternatives. You can only tax a man so much before he loses the will to work. Part of the grand plan is to keep the man in debt so he fears losing his home. Then he is forced to work twice as hard for less money just to survive.

That's a pretty distorted view. How about a quick look at one of your stocks. MOS per attached. You bought at 146.06, or thereabout and it closed today at 33.88. That's -76.80% and all your stocks look basically the same way with an exception or two. Those ones are down only 50 or so...

There no way. You bought many of these stocks over $100 and some of them are now selling for 20. How the hell does that translate to -2.5%?
