Dantheman, Just wondering... did you look often at the p/l $ ? Usually, I found that if I look at it too often, my greed/fear jump into my thinking. Just concentrate on the charts, and ask yourself : if I don't have a position now, what would I do? go short or long ? Cheers!! :)

Just do the same thing you do when you have a great day, i.e. call your trading budies and go for a beer, and brag about your trades. Never try to hide your loss, try to get it out by talking to TRADING (very important) friends, they will understand. This will help you to accept the losses...

Lobydozer, How many trade do you make / day to have 10$ commish with Refco? are you talking about future or stocks? I've used Refco Express, very good platform, but my commish was 20$ (all fees included) + 2$ Globex fee for a r/turn Cheers!!:)

We had a talk with Mark Bennett, and Timothy O'Meara was doing some paperwork at another desk. Both probably in their 25 -30 ish, appropriately dressed (including pants :p ) for VP's of IB.ca. Bennett stated that he worked on the floor of the Montreal Stck Exchange before comming to IB.ca...
