Silver Production and Its Use in Solar Panels

I actually bought a decent amount of the SLV ETF in my 401k last week as I've been thinking long term it's got potential. I'd rather buy it than gold at least

S.F. economist weighs in on effects of proposed sales tax hike

That's the sales tax rate where I live.....BUT we don't have a state income tax sooo a bit different. Just tax everybody to death in the big cities or until they move.

Is that typically done as a 2:1? So sell 2 ZN and buy 1 ZB? I'll check that out. I've briefly looked into the yield curve spreads, but haven't spent much time on them for bonds.

Mav, What are your thoughts on bonds with this pullback? Seems to me this might represent a buying opportunity in the shorter term fundamentally with all the negative rates all over. Granted if the Fed ever raises rates, that will change things I'm sure

I fall in the millennial category also I believe (1992), but I wasn't old enough to buy when things bottomed, and then once I was and was in a place to do so, I had a hard time getting credit to buy any type of foreclosure or anything that was a very good deal. Everybody wanted cash in my area...

Question for you Mav, I know I see you post on here occasionally about something failing right at the A up/down. Is there a set range you use to determine that A level or does it vary by the product or stock? I just assumed since you have a big stock watchlist you probably use a set % typically...

Nicely done! Clearly this stuff works well and you have it down incredibly well. I've said this like 3 times in this thread I'm pretty sure lol, but I need to look into learning this method and maybe swing trading the stocks in my 401k

Being long bonds you mean? I read some stuff by Raoul Pal a couple weeks ago and it made me realize there is a lot of potential for bonds to really move up given everything going on globally.

Where would you invest in this post Brexit world?

I was actually just looking into equities lastnight trying to find some ideas on where to put cash.

$2 trillion was lost in equities you mean, right? But then think about the gains elsewhere. You see bonds and gold on Friday? I'm sure some of that is offset a bit.
