You had a BUY LIMIT at 35.39, therefore you did not get a fill because the price DID NOT TOUCH your BUY LIMIT price of 35.39.

Check it out for yourself... try running the S&P futures chart alongside other charts of stocks you're watching......(do this for a week or two for the entire trading session) does the futures chart lead by a second or two? Just an idea.....it might work for ya......maybe, maybe not...
