You evaluate your rules and whether that system is even for you. If you keep finding yourself exiting early, then you're probably a scalper at heart. Anything else would be painful to trade.

I think it's around 500-600k daily and then given the first third of the day is 40% of the volume, the last third is 40%, and the middle is 20% .. that should be somewhat close. NQ is about 200k daily.

My advice: put your money with a hedge fund and let them do their thing.. or seriously spend 6 months (8 hrs a day) of your life , watching, learning, reading, and asking questions before you trade. After that, spend the next 6 months trying to not lose all your money when you begin...
