I had the same problem like you. Try reinstalled JAVA and IB TWS 856 does not help. Finally reinstalled Ensign version 02-02 and it is running fine. Now you can upgrade to Ensign version 02-03. :)

Aha ... interesting. So in my case because my eye are not so good I like to see bigger fonts or everything bigger a little without seeing more, then the 19" lcd should be better for me instead of the 17" lcd. Good to know to avoid the 20" because of less supporting video card. Thanks to all. :)

Gnome I don't understand why the 17" and 19" lcd will display the same amount of stuff. I thought the bigger 19" lcd will allow me to see more candles on my charts. Please clarify as I am also thinking of getting the 19" in future. Thanks. :)

well it's almost 24 hours now and I get no reply email from them. Does not give me any good indication of potential customer support from Trading Zoo.

Price itself is and price alone. S/R are the basic building block of natural price patterns that are always there on the charts, to be exploited by anyone who knows how. Trade from the naked chart without those lagging indicators covering all over price action. :D

I just found a nice clear, simple and easy to read floating clock on top of my charts to watch for specific time during ES market trading hours. I can set to different sizes, and have it alert me every 15min, 30min or hourly. There are more choices for other clocks that can be found in Widgets...

You are welcome. The best is try both of them out yourself and see which one you prefer. My experience with Ensign support was good. It would be nice and my wish or hope for Ensign pricing around US30/mth for the benefit of my non US currency here and also Advanced Get Chart part of eSignal...
