I agree stay away from middle men... If one wants to trade with blackwood go with them directly... look at what happened with next level trading. I don't see any reason to use a middleman...

Anyone have or know of any portfolio tracking software that will keep track of pairs trades, preferably with performance stats... an account equity line wouldn't be too bad either...lol

Dont know what kind of time frame your trading but I just got a signal on this pair long vno short spg... This is from my longer term pairs strategy so trades can last anywhere from a few weeks to two to three months.. Pair seems to be at extreme...

Just spoke to my cpa, no you cant defer taxes even if you dont take profits... Your only remedy is mark to market accounting that will take into account any loses you may be holding even if the stocked havent been sold yet.... Nick

Not sure if the ones I was checking were sub llc's... But I know that some did allow pairs but with only 5 x overnight leverage and /or very high interest. BTW, sent you a pm Mav...

HI Mav, Some actually don't as they don't allow overnights... only intra-day pairs... And some charge high interest rates on the overnights as well. So I guess the question should be who allows overnight pairs..lol Nick
