Must be file "trader.exe" that you downloaded from a tripod.com location. A have it on my desktop and just looked at it´s "properties" (windows context menu, right mouse click). It claims to be a "MMB Runtime" from www.mediachance.com They actually have a tool called "Multimedia Builder (MMB)"...

Well, I think he did use this workaround, because there is no easy way to send orders from Tradestation to the outside world. You will have to write your own DLL as an interface between "Tradestation DLL Functions" and IB ActiveX/Sockets API. There is software (DLL) available to do the same...
