Yes, J_Trader is based on the pretty outdated MS Java. They should have done the migration to MS .NET long ago ...

I haven´t seen any possibility for QR/RFQ (not even EUREX !) with the exception of HKFE. BTW, very strange: I see a QR "menu item" for YM, but not for OYM (?)

It´s not the TWS update, rather it´s IB´s servers (today).

Yes, they have a full audit trail. And you can have your own audit trail if you turn it on before trading. See TWS user guide.
