I agree that gold is probably a case of mass hysteria but never go against the trend. Plenty of opportunity to go short later as I see new highs first.

Could have played this better today: there was a nice ib on the 15M at London opening. Which would have given me 6.60 USD. Now there is an hourly ib at sma50 so long stop buy at 1776 if it breaks outside of that.
