Nuclear Plant's Fuel Rods Damaged, Leaking Into Sea

Your understanding of solar economics is on the level of the average shmoe. A key note, it's all dependent state by state and varies significantly. Your understanding of electricity pricing is in the same boat. States have either regulated or deregulated utilities, with retail pricing going...

OTM leap options on silver futures

That's definitely true. Silver makes sharp moves in both directions.

    SMB is the best

Of course not. You get to trade "their" money, because they are serious prop firm. But they do want to make sure that you know what you are doing, so they will kindly offer you to take their amazing training course for the low low price of $10,000. I would jump all over it but all my money...

You been finding sell signals on silver since the 20s. Pull the trigger yet?

    Silver's a BUBBLE!

All psychological. Just like support/resistance levels for stocks used to gravitate toward whole numbers, and still do, to a lesser degree. $40 and $50 levels for silver have been promoted for years, so expect them to be key points.

    Silver's a BUBBLE!

Been hearing this silver bubble nonsense for years. Still holding most of my stash, sold a reasonable chunk at $30 and $33. Expect silver to touch, maybe pass $40 and then take a sharp dive. Then the silver bears will yell about a crash. Then it will go past $40.

Nuclear Plant's Fuel Rods Damaged, Leaking Into Sea

Nat Gas is a more expensive fuel source of electricity. However it is cleaner & faster. Primary source of energy in USA is still coal, because it is cheap cheap cheap. Nat Gas is used to handle load spikes. That is its primary advantage. I am not sure how much is used for baseline loads.

Nuclear Plant's Fuel Rods Damaged, Leaking Into Sea

Aside from the fact that your numbers are way off and your understanding of solar & electricity economics are desperately lacking, let me just say to you that electricity simply does not work that way. Solar & wind are not On-Demand power sources. Natural Gas is and is one of the best...

So a Bloomberg Terminal is $1,500 per month. Why?

Well then, there you go. You have no need for such quantity and quality of data. Certain somewhat more sophisticated operations do have the need and then some. Hence they pay.

So a Bloomberg Terminal is $1,500 per month. Why?

Why don't you try collecting rates on interest rate swaps while feeding in world economic data along with FX rates on a real-time basis to make trading decisions. Let me know how that works out without Bloomberg.

So a Bloomberg Terminal is $1,500 per month. Why?

Or the monitors. It's about the data & information. I'm actually surprised at the thread starting topic & the subsequent replies.

Will World Nuclear Plants be stopped by 3/11 Japan Tragedy?

Wow well that explains a lot. The question is whether you sprinkle some "rock" on the wood before you inhale the smoke.

    Borders: Chapter 11

Like mass sales to university bookstores or direct to students who get a better deal than your average rip-off university book store?

    Borders: Chapter 11

I'm pleasantly surprised at the comedy in this thread. As for Borders, anyone want to shine some light as to what Barnes & Nobles is doing different that is keeping them out of the same situation?

    PureTick Revisited

It got out of hand to the point where Baron would actually turn down the advertising dollars of Puretick. Too bad, because it was quite entertaining. The funny part is that it became relatively obvious within weeks that Puretick was a scam.

Yup. That's why he spends his time running a chat room or promoting his services on message boards.

Buy Uranium Miners and Short Solar stocks? - opinions?

Not shorting solar but the pullback in uranium is a nice buying opportunity. Not today but in the short term I'm looking to put some capital into it.
