go back to 6 or 4 or 2 lots where you were comfortable and trade for a month or two, then scale up one level IE from 2 to 4 lots.. and trade for a month or two again till your comfortable.. As the account grows after a month or two you will be comfortable with the current size and scaling up...

volume is all relative really, when your trading big cash you cant buy at one price anyways, so you end up averaging down/up So who cares what the volume is. as long as there is enough to get in and out

My personal bankroll is small and I am interested in trading large cash 100m+ Just trying to work my way up the ladders. I trade CL and ES.

steps 2 and 3 can be implemented with 500k and make low 5 figure a day on average. For step 4 gonna need some mega cash for most 5m+

you cant really compare ES to something like CL. ES ticks are like a fat pig and it moves at the speed of snail. There are guys trading one lot in CL and on good days pulling 2-5k out of her. How is that even remotely possible in ES when most of the time the range is not even 5 points by noon...
