GBP dropped about 130 pips in no time after the interest rate announcement this morning. I didn't catch any of it but it sure was fun to watch.

I found some on youtube, pretty funny stuff if you are a forex person, my wife just rolled her eyes.

Euro/USD trades best between London open and noon New York time. Pick a time frame you are comfortable with and trade support/resistance.

That is a 2.1 pip spread which is pretty good. My broker is usually 2-3 pips on that pair. The last number they list is the "fraction" of a pip (not sure what the official term is). I have used OEC before and might have to go back now that they have Forex.

I don't think it is rigged overall, but I do think that there is stop hunting by brokers.

Go see your doctor and get some anti-depressants. It made a world of difference for me as I have been depressed forever (my prescription of generics is $10 for 90 day supply at Walmart). My wife says she is glad to have back the man she married.

My broker (thinkorswim) is showing a 3 pip spread for EURUSD. During more busy hours it is usually 2 pips. I don't think I have seen it higher than 4 pips on that pair.

These are my biggest problems. I try to get away from the computer when I start getting those feelings. Sometimes that keyboard can be a strong magnet and that is when I make my biggest mistakes. Any tips for getting past these more consistently?

If you would have asked me at noon if I thought the market would rally back into positive territory I would have said you were crazy.
