We've always had this. When you are on the Trouble Ticket page, click on Preferences in the top right corner. You can have a notification sent to you via e-mail, TWS or SMS.
IB can give you stops, stop-limits, iceberg, market, market-to-limit, conditional, trailing stop, MIT, LIT.... and maybe a few others that I missed. All of these are server based - not client based.

That's not completely correct. If you trade through an FX broker with an ECN type model, you do not have to be a price-taker. A retail client can post their own prices and effectively make markets.

It looks like you have switched off some of the TWS features. Go to Configure >> Feature Selector. You need Real-time Activity Monitoring selected in order to be able to get the P&L columns.

I assume that you aware of how stops are triggered with IDEAL-Pro? Stops are triggered using the bid/ask price, so by definition you will likely receive a fill a "spread" away from the stop price. You should take this into account when you are trading.
