Say I have an IB account in USD I know I can BUY AUSSIE stocks on the ASX. But what is the forex consequences. Do they use spreads of IDEAL or IDEALPRO?? Do the spreads differ based on the $USD dollar amount of the Aussie share purchase ? Any ideas??

When I last traded IDEALPRO forex on TWS (2 years ago), the platform did not calculate REALTIME profit and loss on the open IDEALPRO forex trade ( unlike stocks or futures etc), has this feature been added to TWS yet ? Also what margin does one get with IDEALPRO forex ??? Please advise thanks
