With what I learned communicating about this issue, I don’t think trading at IB is going to work at the same level as TradeStation. Verifying each step and with each being successful, I will get to a side by side comparison of IB and TS trading the same symbol. The proof in the end is the results.

BTW The commission free account dose not provide api access.

I am a pro account using tiered commission. I have been set to smart routing. If I solve all my trading issues, I am going to experiment selecting as a group the ECN’s that have the best rebates for adding liquidity. A feature that is part of symbol mapping in MC.

That will be my last resort. I am sure if I file complaints my account will be closed. I am trying to get IB to work, but it has a number of issues. Incredible reports is the only positive. They are the only other automated equities option.

Mark, AMP is awesome all the way around. My CQG setup never misses a beat. I am trying to diversify in equities. I think cost wise CQG is a bit cheaper a RT. I will look up your posts on MC.

The supervisor said he did not know why there was a problem and there were to many trades to go through to find it. So I asked for his superior to get involved.
