You can't have it all with these brokers. I have supplementary account with Forexchief broker for cases like this. When I need to have all assets in one account to trade, I use this broker, also for higher leverage and lower spreads.

You have to study them all because each has its purpose and apply them as you see fit on your strategy. There is no best in my opinion, just what you want to do with it.

I have heard about Tickmill but have not actually used the broker. A friend of mine uses this broker, while I have been using Forexchief. I have not heard any complains from him other than high spreads and slow server most times.

Don't forget to use lots of video tutorials on youtube. It will help you learn faster how to set up your trades or indicators.
