Feb 20th 2015 SPY $215 Calls Open Interest

The open interest for the Feb 20th 2015 $215 spy calls is currently at 435K. This looks to be higher than most other strikes/expirations. I don't trade SPY options much does this appear to be anything notable? The $214 is 158K. Thanks, TT

Frontline (FRO) - Can anyone make a bearish case?

Anyone still in this? I'm in with 3500 shares at an average of 3.13/sh. That's about as much as I'm willing to risk on this. I think the 4Q 2014 results will not be that exciting other than the possible announcement of paying off the debt coming due. 1Q 2015 is where the magic happens if we...

    Is this free money?

I asked customer service at IB how these options would be settled. Based on their response, I sold all but one of the puts. I'm going to let that one ride to see how it settles out.

    Is this free money?

You're right lol. I guess I was thinking that since the underlying is basically guaranteed to go to 0 that the option would be fully priced once it went in the money. Thanks, TT

Frontline (FRO) - Can anyone make a bearish case?

As far as I've read, the only bearish thing is the debt coming due shortly. I think longer term this could be a $10 stock. I bought 1000 shares a couple months ago. Bought another 1000 today. Back in 2007 this was a $70 stock, but I doubt it could get back to that. Back then shipping rates were...

    XES 50% off

At some point this is going to be a buy. Not sure when yet. If you buy now at least you know you're not buying the top. I just noticed XES is SEX spelled backwards. The question is will it be a pleasurable experience will we get fucked? I'm thinking about building a position in this. Maybe 100...

We should transition to an electricity-backed currency

Why not a fresh water backed currency? Water is more vital for life at a basic level than electricity.
