The Hot Groups Scan Window is an Add-on feature to eSignal. One alternative is QCharts from Quote.com. They have Sector Lists built in.

Currently, both of our major server farms are experiencing extremely high amounts of incoming data packets. This fits the pattern of a Denial of Service attack. Our network engineers are working on putting up barricades to block these packets, which will restore service to normal.
