looking for traders in OC or LA

Does anyone know anything about the firm Questrade? Its based out of Canada but trades US markets. It says it gives 20:1 margin and .50 cent per 1000 shares for prop traders. I've been trading for 4 years and I haven't heard of this firm before. Any info. would be appreciated.
