I just paid $14 for a 128meg Micron SDRAM-PC133. WOW! Seems like last month I paid twice that amount... can someone say short MU? 512meg SDRAM was going for $52 each! Fletch

When you start trading at a pro firm you will develop a different mindset. I never consider what the cost of my stocks are, I just figure how many shares I'm comfortable with in any given stock at any given time. My loss risk is always measured in cents or points and rarely in actual dollar...

Think of the bandwidth as a pipe... the actual speed is the same until you fill up the pipe. The more bandwidth you have the bigger the pipe is. When you use two computers you are just putting more data in the pipe... but the speed won't diminish considerably until the pipe gets filled. Fletch

Armaniman- I'd suggest that next time someone asks you what you do for a living don't say daytrader, say something more respectable... like a drug dealer or pimp. :D Fletch

CNBC has explained it a few times.... I think it's some algorithm they developed based on the stock's volume, number of trades, and how far the stock has moved up or down. Fletch
