What is the IB fee to short the '19 stocks'?

Highest cost to borrow that I have seen was around 17% on shld but for these stocks it could be much higher or much lower depending on demand from the shorts. There are alot of bag holder "value type" funds in these stocks who instead of admiting they have been wrong would rather lend them out.

10 Ways Wall Street Brainwashes You

I think Zanger used price patterns so that is more price action/Chart reading then using TA indicators. He also used fundamentals for screening, and max retail leverage. On the OP wallstreet is a big game that is 98% selling and 2% wisdom. Someone else posted about it being a large group of...

    What happened? (ES trade)

I would think he means that your stop losses get taken out by the noise of regular trading not that the broker is playing ya, it just feels like it. For the original poster if you are playing for such small moves you need to learn to read the tape and the book. IMO squiggly lines will not...

    Canadians Brokers

I don't know how current this is but it lists most of the retail brokers with their rates. Overall they are expensive compared to the US brokers but I am suprised how much they have come in the last few years it used to min $24 a trade with size limits which was robbery for a short term trader...

Barclay's bank says "head for the hills"

I think it is relative. Some women that are in their 50's could still be considered hot so they would remain cougars. But the ones that do not grow old gracefully enter the wolf or she wolf stage. It is also relative to your own age when I was 18 a 27-35 year old would be a cougar. Now that...
