Are there any changes affecting the DataManager or will the data servers be exactly the same as with version 10? Will the same DataManager work with both eSignal versions at the same time?

A perfect example of what happens when you give people what they want.

If you look at one of Blockbuster's competitors, Hollywood Video, they're closing locations just as fast. The industry finally realized they're outdated and lately has essentially stayed in many locations simply to fulfill their lease obligations. As soon as the lease expires, they close the...

What's the lowest real estate agent fee you've paid on a property sale?

In Calif., lowest I've paid was 4% (3% to buyers agent, 1% to listing agent). 6% (which many people often pay) is a complete ripoff. Don't buy the listing agent bs that they "market" the property this way & that. Any property they spend $ marketing is usually for their own publicity effort...

A perfect example of what happens when you give people what they want.

Your math is flawed. What brought Blockbuster down was on-demand movies now available everywhere, fast internet movies, file sharing, & sites like hulu, etc. in addition to netflix. So, a combination of the above was just too powerful a force that could not be overcome with their expensive...

    Legality of Healthcare

For all the retards against health care reform: How can you call a "health care system" fair/good when: If I have insurance, the insurance company pays $10,000 for a procedure. If I pay cash, I have to pay $50,000 for the same procedure. And if I need to obtain individual coverage...

The Impact of Wal-Mart Supercenters on Body Mass Index and Obesity

Walmart is a cheap piece of shit company. That role belonged to Kmart years ago. Now, the welfare fatsos & their ilk all shop there. Cheap junk, ugly stores, dirty, overweight shoppers. I usually go to Target. Less of the above. Prices are almost the same.

For several reasons, I have decided that ETFs are just not suitable for trading

ETF's were a great idea years ago. I made good money with them. But they're just fee-sucking machines for institutions that "sponsor" them now. Might as well trade the individual components in most cases. Top 30 volume ETFs are ok, the rest suck.
