as I recall any stock can be traded through any ECN. As for arca having a 100k share min. I believe that is false. When I traded at a prop firm, they would limit new traders to 100 shares and I remember trading arca bats etc. unless things have changed as of recent.

It should roughly be based off of ATR or something similar. You cant place the same stop on GOOG as you would on ABAT. You could set a individual based stop or group based stop. IE MSFT and INTC would have a similar stop while GOOG and BIDU would have there own stop.

If you have an express card slot, kingston IIRC, makes a express card hard drive. easy to remove and from what I read its supposed to be faster then USB 3.0. Never looked in to booting from it so I'm not sure if you can. It must also connect using PCI express rather then USB 2.0
