For the record, I was not charged any extra desk fees or misc. charges when I left. My money was returned the week that all my final trades had cleared. FWIW, I was charged the desk fee for the month in which I left, but that is to be expected and reasonable in my opinion.

Well, maybe Gann's Ghost just wasn't sure which data feed you use? So he took out as many as he could muster. Either way, he didn't seem to stop you from profiting.

Good job today tampa. BTW, RealTick lost the ES data feed for a while at about the same time (though NQ was fine). Might have been a Globex connection issue for some of the data distributors.

No background with the Hammer API, but I have worked with REDI+, IB, and CyberTrader APIs. If you can't find anyone else, I might be willing to do some Hammering.

I think I read some where that often the trades you are to scared to take are the ones that have the best chance of winning because chances are everyone else is probably scared of it as well. Don't know if it is true, but something to think about if you tend to find the ones you don't take to...

The speed of the fills isn't really related to the communications protocol (unless you are talking about using a telephone and your voice). You could use Tera Term and have really slow fills if the company that was providing the bullets wasn't fast themselves. That's all I'm saying.

Tera Term is a telnet terminal application. You are connecting to some firms computer via Telnet or SSH.

If you could use the days profits to purchase more stock, wouldn't you essentially be using interest free (and increased) margin? Since the brokerage firm won't actually get the cash for your profits for three days, you would be borrowing money based on money you will get in the future...

I thought the best strategy was not to have losers. Can't get more simple than that.
