As a follow-up, I went back to the last stable version and it seems to work OK. I'd recommend it if you've got the Excel DDE.

Yikes... and I'd assume the ancient "stable" version has its own compatibility issues with an Excel DDE built to work on their latest TWS (?).

I'm experiencing the same API order submission problems in Excel here too. The orders don't seem to be going through, at all. Wish there was an easy way to go back to the prior version. IB needs to push back out the prior version ASAP while they figure out what went wrong with the latest...
