In order to open pink sheet stocks, first you must have access to OTC Markets data. If the pink sheet is DTC eligible and its above $.10 you can trade it. If it is not DTC eligible you will have a hard time trading it anywhere.

Yes, you can use the range order type and then you will have option to add in a high price and low price. If long the high price is a for profit limit and the low price is a stop market. Those are reversed if you’re short.
