I am currently using ES and PRV to determine PT3's for entry and then using a break of the RTL for exits. The problem arises for me when the RTL of a channel is broken, calling for an exit, but then a few bars later forming another PT3 of a "fanned out" channel. Happened twice today...

What would you guys consider to be optimal specs for a laptop used ONLY for daytrading?

Very cool to see the DOM DOWNTREND that started at 1105am remain intact even through the FOMC minutes. Several attempts but never had the gas (volume) to break it until end of day.

5th week into this. Annotating live data for the 8th time. Started the morning well. Was watching for point 3 on the 4th bar (945am). Noticed it was possible when ES was at 1442.50 an when it broke previous bar high (1443.75) with +PRV, marked it as PT3. Drew in aqua channel and when...

Question about the RED channel that begins at around 13:30. After its first volatility expansion is forms the small BLUE up channel. Then it leaves the downtrending RED channel by breaking the RTL. After one bar closes outside the RED channel it appears the next bar closes at or slightly...

Ugh...I forget my data is still of by 5 minutes so my 10:44 is actually the 10:40 bar etc etc

Yes I am seeing them a little better today. The 10:05 bar was somewhat of surprise but for me the toughest bar was the 10:40 bar. Volume was red must of the bar and PRV was showing > last bar. Then in the last minute it turns and closes near the high/open of the bar. I am only watching ES...
