Explain to me how driving down a company's stock price drives a company out of business? Either the company makes money, or it doesn't. The profitability of a company is not dependent on its stock price. If it makes money, its not going out of business regardless of the stock price.

Well, I'm no self-proclaimed expert, but I don't believe memory usage is synonymous with CPU usage. That's why I recommended going to Task Manager and checking the CPU usage. Neither screenshot 04 or 06 shows CPU usage.
