If you have a viable way of projecting a price target with accuracy, then go for it. Otherwise, a fixed amount target is prone to curve fitting to past data.

Woodie is a good guy and all and has some 25 years of experience in trading. That said, I'm not a fan of his method .. , tries to find tops and bottoms too much and the indicator can fake you out pretty badly.

Depends on your method.. buying on retracements from the main trend, there's little chance you'll get the exact low. You may buy some at the 38% retrace, expecting that to be the bottom but it goes down some more. Buy some more at the 50% retrace, which does turn out to the be the bottom...

Well, market goes up.. this stock flatlines. Might suggest weakness and when the market goes down, this stock goes down harder. Or it could be one of those stocks that don't follow the market at all. I never even heard of ADM til this thread, so I wouldn't know.
