The truth on the spx is lower highs and lower lows. The top was put in on June 4th and it will slowly wind its way down. Slowly, but surely and hopefully not like 1987 which is the exact way the chart looked 20 years ago today.

This chart shows you the big picture. The Russell 2000 Growth is about to flip and the target price is about 650 meaning 59% up room to go! As for value, it will probably take a chair for a while and probably for quite a few years.

I think its time to have a second look at Verasun, the king of Ethanol producers. Corn prices are topping and will surely come down. Verasun is so hated and I know I will get a few cheap jabs by pumping an ethanol producer. When the cheap jabs are the most, thats when you know its a buy.
