Yeah, the mls feed gets distributed to all the other sites like redfin, zillow etc.. it's complicated, to learn, at least there's decent youtube videos.

My goal is simply to sell my house at a good price. For those that have done so, have you had to lower price more than once? I read that if few showings, no offers within first 2 weeks, it might be a good idea to drop price a bit. But it looks bad if you drop price more than once or so..
